Ringlock Scaffolding
All vertical members (aka standards), horizontal members (aka ledgers) and diagonal bracings (aka diagonal braces) are manufactured using hi-strength steel mechanically welded and finished with hot-dip galvanized finish. They are extremely resistant to corrosion and heat. The safe working load can reach up to 70KN per leg (subject to the scaffolding design and on-site situation). The modular system design makes it highly labour-friendly (easy to be understood and worked with) in terms of assembling and dissembling during the erection and dismantling processes. Ringlock scaffolding system uses a wedge lock system which allows easy and quick assembly. Simply inserting the ledger blade into the ring disk (aka rosette disk) of the vertical member (aka standard) with just a hammer. It minimises the components needed, costing you only a few seconds to connect the parts, making it for extremely time-saving.
